Rx Support Program for Providers
What is Rx Support?
RootSeek Rx Support is a physician-led program designed to assist qualified practitioners who are not independently licensed to prescribe medications or order laboratory testing. Whether a chiropractor, coach, or other wellness practitioner, RootSeek allows them to maintain continuity with their patients while giving them access to prescription and lab services under our care team’s oversight.
Our role is to serve as a support arm only. The providers remain the central clinical decision-maker, and RootSeek steps in to facilitate the prescription and lab order process through our EMR, Cerbo. We do not offer direct care to patients in this program, nor do we provide diagnosis or treatment recommendations. Our infrastructure simply helps extend the provider’s offers to their patients.

RootSeek Rx Support
Your behind-the-scenes prescribing and lab partner.
You’ve built a strong, trusted relationship with your patients—guiding them through complex symptoms, lifestyle shifts, and healing protocols. But when it comes time to prescribe a medication or order labs, the process can stall—or worse, send your patient elsewhere.
RootSeek’s Rx Support Program is designed to help you stay at the center of care by offering direct access to a licensed RootSeek practitioner who can handle prescription writing and lab orders on your behalf.
You stay in control.
We provide the tools behind the scenes.
Who This Is For
If you’re a licensed provider without prescribing privileges—such as a functional health coach, chiropractor, nutritionist, naturopath, or other holistic practitioner—Rx Support was built with your needs in mind.
Whether your practice is focused on mold, MCAS, hormone therapy, detox, chronic illness, or another integrative model, we offer a reliable and legal way to support your patients with the clinical tools they need—all without losing them to another provider or sending them elsewhere for prescriptions.
How It Works
1. You maintain the patient relationship.
You do the intake, develop the treatment plan, and guide the patient.
2. RootSeek handles the behind-the-scenes support.
You submit a simple intake form through our portal. A licensed RootSeek practitioner reviews and manages prescription writing and lab ordering where needed—always based on your clinical guidance.
3. Your patient receives what they need.
Their prescriptions are sent to their preferred pharmacy, and lab orders are processed when clinically appropriate.
4. You remain their provider.
There is no RootSeek patient-facing care through this program. Your patients stay connected only to you.

The Legal Structure
RootSeek operates under a Private Membership Association (PMA) model, allowing us to provide care across all 50 U.S. states. This structure enables our practitioners to legally support your clinical plan through prescriptions and lab orders.
You and your patients sign a PMA agreement as part of onboarding—ensuring regulatory clarity while preserving your full autonomy as the primary provider.
